I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos MotorSport-Images.org using your details, send a support request.
How much is Postage & Packing?
MotorSport-Images.org will only charge you postage and packing for each size of image. So you can order as many images as you reqire of each size for only one postage charge. We are not like other companies, we make no profit from postage, you pay what we pay.

Photographers Information:
What's the minium size requirement of each image? (Photographers Only)
As we only produce high quality prints and downloads, we can only accept images that are 2800(px) x 1980(px) in size at 300+ dpi. If you require any help with this, please feel free to contact us or ask one of our photographers in the forum.
Can I manage my own photos?
Yes, once you have registed as a photographer, you have complete control over you images. You can control the download price, edit and remove images and view keep control of all you stats and sales.
Can I sell prints and downloads?
Yes, the site is set up to allow downloads only for photographers, but we have taken that a step further. Once you have registed as a photographer, one of our team will contact you via e-mail to find out if you require a download only option or if you require prints to be sold.
Do I have to supply prints?
No, we do all the hard work. Once a print order has been placed, one of our team will develop a print from your original image held on our server, package it up and send it directly to your customer. All you need to do is look at your sales in your control panel.
